In 2015, a small café in Lviv, Ukraine set out to answer one question: what if a croissant wasn't a pastry — but the best sandwich you'd ever had? Extra-large, golden-flaky, baked fresh all day.

The idea caught fire. 200+ locations across Ukraine and Europe followed. In 2024 we brought it to the United States — deliberately, with the right systems and the right partners.
